About the Role
Position: Armed Private Security Officer
Location: Toronto, Canada
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Role Overview:
Armed Private Security Officers at Night Watch Executive Protection are tasked with maintaining the safety of clients, venues, and events. This includes conducting patrols, providing personal protection, and managing access to ensure a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct patrols to monitor and secure designated areas.
Access Control: Manage entry points, verify the identity of individuals, and maintain control of secure areas.
Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or security breaches.
Client Protection: Offer direct personal protection when necessary.
Documentation: Report incidents and observations accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and event staff to uphold high security standards.
Qualifications:
Age: 21+ years
Experience: Preferably with a background in security, law enforcement, or military service.
Licensing: Must have a valid license for carrying firearms and meet Canadian security regulations.
Training: Completion of certified training in firearm handling, safety, and defensive tactics.
Background Check: Successful completion of an in-depth background check.
Physical Requirements: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
